Evolution ?
A sort of Darwinian illustration, describing, from the intern to the CCO, the kind of tools you use at different stages of your career in advertising. To sum it up : the higher you go in the hierarchy, the less you work, the more you get paid. Well, it's no surprise, but it's funny to see it like that.
As for the icons and titles, I'll give you the clues, top to bottom, for each rank.

In fact, the Junior Copywriter is luckier than the three above him. TextEdit is a great software, that launches fast, is simple and reliable and has well enough features for producing text. It can even add images, tables and so on…
While Word is unstable and bloated. Really useless for producing effectively tons of texts.
The best approach is to use TextEdit to write. And the paste all this in a real page layout program such as XPress or InDesign. Or Pages, if it’s enough for your needs, which might often be the case. This software is really astonishingly powerful.
Who, in their right mind, would use Word for this?
